-Full rack, grilled to order (which is really just Medium Rare...otherwise you're eating a shoe...) and perfectly seasoned with red win veal sauce, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.... AMAZING! So, the ribs are meat-side down on the plate, the bone part upward, over the mashed potatoes like a tee-pee...the asparagus was in between each rib... but I gave those to Father, for I don't like asparagus... One rib is  235 Calories... I had six....

You don't sit next to ice cream and then not eat it... It's just rude... So I wound up getting pumpkin flavored and mint chocolate chip...in the same bowl - not the same flavor. Two flavors...i mixed them. They we delicious...

I imagine you all are thinking I'm fasting... However, this is not the case. I merely have stayed up until the wee hours of the morning and slept in every moment I had.
